This deep healing session lasts around 3 hours. Its effects last a lifetime. 

It starts with a consultation to know your intentions for the past life regression session, then you are guided into a gentle, relaxed and tranquil state where we visit one of more of your past, parallel or future lives, most relevant to issues you are facing in your current life. 

If necessary, we may also visit the moment where you decided to be born on Earth to get an understanding of the life choices your made.

Once the healing is complete, we invite your higher self to answer any questions, give any clarity you seek, information you require or any additional healing. 

After this, we visit your Akashic Records where we clear things ready to be released, things not aligned with your highest good. This includes many lifetime's worth of stuff.
