Hypnosis is a gentle and easy way to relax the busy conscious mind, so we can access the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind contains the answers we seek, holds the blocks and traumas we want to release, and the information of our past, parallel and future lives.

Your healing journey begins with a detailed consultation. We talk about any issues, blocks or patterns holding you back, and your intentions for the session. This helps me customize the session for your healing, and ensure you feel comfortable and heard.

Then I gently guide you into deep relaxation, where your subconscious mind can open up and reveal the memories and experiences most relevant to your healing journey. I am with you every step of the way guiding you, making sure you feel safe, grounded, and supported.

Yes, everyone can go under. Hypnosis is not something I do to you, it's something I do with you.  You participate by giving yourself the permission to let go and accept the suggestions I give you. You allow yourself to relax and be open to the healing. Yes, even people with aphantasia can go under.

You need to come with an open mind, ready to heal. And there's a form you need to fill and send back a day before your session. The form is the key to unlock the past memories, the old patterns and blocks.

Your higher self or your subconscious mind is an aspect of you that holds all the information of your current, past and future lives. It is the all-knowing aspect of you. It is your soul. It is you, existing at a higher dimension.

You can ask for advice, for help, for guidance, for healing, for protection. You higher self might not answer a question if it feels it interferes with your free will or answering a question might cause you to deviate from certain experiences you've chosen to have. But you can ask.

Think of it like asking your angel, who knows everything about your life blueprint and life plans, a question about your life. You can ask about your kids, your parents, your friends, past relationships, people who have passed on, etc.

Be as specific as possible in your questions, your higher self will give you specific and detailed answers. A vague and open-ended question will give you a vague answer. These are some examples.

Egs: ”how do I heal xxxx block/pattern in my life?”, ”what does my higher self think of me?”, "why is xxxx situation always happening to me.", "what do I need to do to heal xxxxxx situation?", "what can I do to attract more money in my life?", "does xxxx love me or is just using me?",  "what steps do i take to get a promotion at work", "how can I loose 5kgs?", "why do I fall sick so often?"  

The Akashic Records are a higher dimensional soul library that keeps details of every single detail your soul has ever done, will ever do and will be doing. It contains all your soul contracts and more. In the clearing session, I simply release everything not aligned with your highest and greatest good. Ever noticed how some patterns keep recurring even though you feel you've 'learnt the lesson' and made the change? This session releases that. 

In a session, we view the origin of your blocks and patterns from a much higher perspective and with a lot of compassion for the self. Once observed, those blocks and physical symptoms are not needed anymore. So, they simply go away. It really is that simple. The beautiful part is you are the one doing the healing. I merely guide you to the place where you can heal yourself and create your dream future.

At this moment, sessions are online. I have observed clients find it much easier to go under hypnosis when they are in the comfort of their own homes, reclining in their favourite chair, or resting on their comfy bed.
